OPEN GYM
Open Gym is sure to become your next obsession. With our facility boasting a dedicated self train area and two mammoth rigs, there is always the space to follow your external programs without feeling isolated from the community at large. Coaches will be on hand at all times to guide if needed and provide high fives.
CROSSFIT
Wake up early and join us for the Workout of the Day. Amongst its many benefits, participating in CrossFit helps improve strength, fitness, coordination, reaction time, and memory. CrossFit is a class that feels good and fits with every healthy lifestyle.
CONDITIONING
These fun, low skill classes are suitable for all athletes, designed to get you moving and your heart rate going. With the atmosphere at an all time high, this class is a firm favourite amongst members.
WEIGHTLIFTING
At Vale CrossFit we follow the boutique programming of Lee Ottey, British Weightlifting licensed Coach, course tutor for Greenwood Weightlifting and a former lead S&C coach with Team GBnow based out of CrossFit Raeda in Essex. Sessions are designed as an independent study and therefore aimed at more experienced athletes.
TEENS
CrossFit Teens runs every Monday & Friday afternoon at Vale CrossFit. Is your teen keen to learn the basic foundations of functional training? or could they benefit from building confidence in a social environment? Classes run for young adults between the ages of 13 - 17. Contact for further info.
MUM & BABY
A safe encouraging space for mums to get fit and meet other people. The sessions will include a warm up, a workout and a cool down (including time for chat, tea, biscuits and play). Every workout will be explained and guidance given throughout to each individual.

BEGINNERS CROSSFIT
Designed for people who are new to fitness and/or CrossFit and want to learn new skills or brush up on old ones. It's a class to make friends as well as find some routine in training. We recommend taking this class before diving into our regular programming.
YOGA
Yoga combines physical exercises, mental meditation, and breathing techniques to strengthen the muscles and relieve stress. Our dedicated studio is the perfect place to unwind.
CIRCUITS
An oldie but a goodie - Circuits is exactly what you would expect; a combination of work stations performed with variable rest periods. Perfect for those looking to improve their cardio and increase muscle tone.
